2. Website Use
You may use our website for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You agree not to:
Use the website in violation of applicable laws or regulations.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website, its systems, or other users’ information.
Interfere with the website’s security, availability, or operation.
Submit false, misleading, unlawful, or unauthorized information.
Copy, reproduce, or exploit website content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission, except where permitted by law.
We may restrict or suspend access to the website if we reasonably believe that these Terms have been violated.
3. Practice Growth Assessment
Our free Practice Growth Assessment is intended to provide general business and marketing insights based on the answers you submit.
Assessment results are indicative only. They are not an audit, financial forecast, guarantee of performance, or substitute for a detailed review of your business.
Results may depend on the accuracy and completeness of your answers and the scoring method used. You are responsible for evaluating whether any suggested next steps are appropriate for your practice.
Completing the assessment does not create a client relationship or obligate you to purchase services.
4. Consultations
If you schedule a consultation with Adwise, you agree to provide accurate contact information and attend at the scheduled time or notify us if you need to reschedule.
A consultation is an opportunity to discuss your business, objectives, and potential services. It does not guarantee that Adwise will accept your project, that you will receive a particular recommendation, or that a particular business result will be achieved.
Any rescheduling, cancellation, or missed-appointment policy will be communicated when booking or separately agreed.
5. Services and Client Agreements
Information on our website describes services generally and is not necessarily a binding offer to provide a specific service at a particular price or on particular terms.
The scope, deliverables, timelines, fees, payment schedules, revisions, cancellation rights, and other terms for paid work will be set out in a separate proposal, statement of work, service agreement, or other written agreement.
If a signed or otherwise valid written client agreement conflicts with these website Terms regarding a specific engagement, the client agreement will control for that engagement to the extent permitted by law.
No paid services begin until the required agreement has been accepted and any required initial payment has been made.
6. No Guarantee of Marketing Results
Adwise uses strategic planning and marketing practices intended to support business growth. However, marketing performance depends on many factors beyond our control, including competition, location, pricing, reputation, advertising budget, market conditions, website performance, lead response times, appointment availability, and client implementation.
Unless expressly stated in a written agreement, Adwise does not guarantee any particular number of leads, patients, sales, appointments, revenue, profit, return on advertising spend, ranking, or other business outcome.
Past results and case studies are not guarantees of future performance.
7. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, necessary approvals, access to agreed accounts and materials, and any other cooperation reasonably required to perform the services.
Clients are also responsible for:
The accuracy and legality of their business, service, pricing, and healthcare-related claims.
Ensuring that they have the rights and permissions needed for materials they supply.
Obtaining any required permissions, authorizations, or consents for customer or patient information, images, testimonials, and marketing lists.
Maintaining appropriate access controls and security for their own accounts.
Complying with laws and professional rules applicable to their business.
Adwise may rely on information and approvals provided by the client unless the parties agree otherwise in writing.
8. Advertising Platforms and Third-Party Services
Our services may involve third-party platforms, including website hosts, advertising networks, social media platforms, analytics providers, scheduling systems, and customer relationship management tools.
These services are governed by their own terms and policies. Adwise does not control third-party platform availability, account decisions, algorithm changes, policy changes, outages, or suspensions.
Unless a written agreement expressly provides otherwise, Adwise cannot guarantee that a third-party account or campaign will remain available or perform as expected.
Advertising spend, subscriptions, software fees, and other third-party charges will be handled as specified in the applicable client agreement.
9. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated in a written agreement, the website and its content—including text, branding, graphics, designs, and other materials—are owned by or licensed to Adwise and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You may view and use the website for your own lawful, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit our website content without permission, except where the law permits.
Ownership, licensing, and transfer of materials created for a paying client will be governed by the applicable client agreement. Third-party software, stock assets, fonts, and other licensed materials may remain subject to their own terms.
10. Third-Party Links
Our website may link to third-party websites and services for convenience. These links do not mean Adwise endorses or controls those services. We are not responsible for their content, availability, terms, or privacy practices.
11. Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by law, the website and its general information are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
We do not warrant that the website will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components. Nothing in these Terms excludes any warranty or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

14. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the website after changes take effect constitutes acceptance where such acceptance is legally valid.
Material changes to an existing paid-service agreement will be handled in accordance with that agreement and applicable law.
15. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are subject to the laws of California, without displacing any mandatory consumer-protection laws that apply.
Any venue, dispute-resolution, or arbitration provision for paid services should be stated in the relevant client agreement and reviewed for enforceability.
